Patient convenience is our main priority. Therefore we also work on Sunday for long distance patient on prior appointment basis. Sunday timings : 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (By appointment only)

	We pride ourselves on running on schedule and understand that your time is valuable. But delays to the schedule can occur due to any unforeseen events and your understanding and patience are very much appreciated. Also if you are not able to make it on time, please call us so that we can rearrange our schedule accordingly. We also accept online appointments. Our philosophy is to provide comprehensive, personalized dental care to people who appreciate efficiency and comfort. Interactive Patient Visits :

I^st visit Our objective is to make sure your visits with us will be a pleasant and informative one. Your initial appointment will consist of an examination and a discussion of potential treatment options. This important visit will address the orthodontic needs of you or your child. There is no charge for this appointment.

II^nd visit (Diagnostic Records & Treatment Planning) If it is determined that treatment is indicated, you will be scheduled for diagnostic records. These records usually consist of study models, diagnostic photographs and orthodontic x-rays. Once these orthodontic records have been obtained, Dr. Milind will review them and determine a specific treatment plan for orthodontic needs.

Patient interaction We considered the involvement of the patient parents in treatment planning necessary. Separate 45 - minute appointment is been kept to review treatment plan and make them understand the exact cause behind the problem and various option of the treatment if required. We also carry out computer stimulation of treatment and treated cases with same problem to satisfy patients.

Infection control :	Our clinic is highly committed to making every visit safe and comfortable for you and your family by strictly adhering to all the guidelines and techniques for optimum sterilization and disinfection control. Referral to the doctors : Before any orthodontic treatment, we make it certain that all cavities have been treated and the health of your gums and underlying bone are free of periodontal disease. Patient will be referred to family Dentist with appropriate letter making them aware about orthodontic treatment plan and required dental treatment.

Payment Scheduling : Orthodontic treatment is an important part of the dental and psychological well being of children and adults. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. Our treatment co-ordinator will thoroughly explain our fees, which are based on the severity of the problem, expected treatment time, and type of appliances needed. Being sensitive to your financial concerns, flexible payment options can be customized for each patient. Though in India the separate orthodontic insurance is not yet considered by insurance company, but it can be accommodated as part of general dental treatment. Our financial co-ordinator will assist you in accurately filing insurance claims.
